The location was perfect for our party venue, and the bed was quite comfortable. A clean room with a deep bath option was a nice surprise, and the breakfast offered a variety of choices, all served efficiently by a friendly staff member. The room's decor felt dated, and the shower, while strong, had some wear that showed its age. Charging outlets were limited.

Location: the hotel was close enough to town centre, the railway station and Runcorn. It also was right by Reception & Restaurant.

Clean room, comfy bed, but a bit outdated. Free parking was a plus.

Pleasant staff that genuinely seemed to be happy to see the customer. Room was serviced and fine but the room could be spruced up a little. I only had breakfast at the hotel and it was fine and service was as quick as it could be with the staff cooking a breakfast to order.
The bathroom and ceiling in my room needed a "refresh" along with a grubby and stained carpet. I really didn't like to think about the carpet and what was living in it.The sheets were clean and the room had otherwise been made up well. If the carpet was clean I would recommend the hotel to a friend.

All in all, it was good choice for travelling to Runcorn. Exceptionally comfortable beds, central heating, coffee and tea making equipment, and a work desk were a nice touch. I really enjoyed pleasant food.

good locatio for work
shower curtain was a nuisance and outside light not working which made it difficult to insert key and get into room initially

At first it seems like very loud place, but surprisingly it is not. Liked location and not pushy staff.
I did not like stained bedding, out of date overall design and leaking hydraulics

The room was clean and had everything we needed. The shower was good and breakfast the next morning was quite nice. I would recommend the Campanile to anyone who is looking for an inexpensive stopover.

The room is clean, beddings nice and soft, the coffee and tea good compliment. It is perfect for what we needed. The bus from Liverpool airport (82A) about 40 minutes drive was perfect to get to the hotel. The metro to the city is also very close.

Reasonable facilities, decor is a bit tired but good value for money. Wasn't awake for the breakfast so can't comment on the food.

We visited the Brindley theatre for a show and explored the Norton Priory Museum. The rooms were clean, and the beds were comfy.
The check-in process was a bit slow, and we were charged for Wi-Fi despite our expectations. Just make sure to ask about any extra fees upfront.

Good sized room with simple but good facilities.
The bed was on the soft side, and I had to keep the bathroom door shut because of plumbing noise.
