The location was perfect for our party venue, and the bed was quite comfortable, providing a good night's sleep. A clean room with a deep bath option was a nice surprise, and the breakfast offered a variety of choices, all served efficiently by a friendly staff member. the room's decor felt dated, and the shower, while strong, had some wear that showed its age. Charging outlets were limited, making it inconvenient at times.

Clean room, comfy bed, but a bit outdated. Free parking was a plus.

Had an awesome stay with my friends! We visited the Brindley theatre for a show and explored the Norton Priory Museum. The rooms were clean, and the beds were comfy, making it a perfect base for our adventures.
The check-in process was a bit slow, and we were charged for Wi-Fi despite our expectations. Just make sure to ask about any extra fees upfront.

Just a solid selection for a lightning trip in Runcorn with extraordinarily good value for money. The room exceeded our expectations—not too shabby for a budget stay. Pay upfront to avoid any wait for refunds.

Arrived expecting a bit of a letdown, but the room turned out to be spacious with a lovely view and a top-notch shower that made mornings feel great. The terrace was a perfect spot to unwind and enjoy a cup of coffee while the kids played in the garden. Just a heads-up, some noise from planes flying overhead might wake you up, but overall I’d definitely recommend it! ☕

The room felt pretty retro, like something from the 70s. The bed was super comfy, which helped a lot. Clean bathroom with a nice shower and I even got a bathtub! The overall vibe is clean but could use some updates. Good amenities like tea and coffee. No noise from outside, so that was a plus!

great stay with comfy beds
Had a lovely time here! The room was super clean, and the beds were so comfy I almost didn't wanna leave. The garden view was a nice touch, and the staff were super friendly. Only bummer was the decor looked a bit stuck in the past, but it kinda added to the charm. The bar area next to reception was cool for grabbing a drink.

Basic but functional stay
Chalet-style room was spacious, clean, and had a private bathroom with a hot shower. Bed was comfy, and there was a flat-screen TV and a kettle for tea and coffee. Located right across from the train station, which is super handy for getting around. Didn't try the restaurant, but it seemed like a nice option.

Had an amazing time with friends during our stay! We explored the fascinating Norton Priory Museum and Gardens, just a short drive away, and enjoyed a show at The Brindley theatre, which was only 600 meters from our hotel. Staff were super friendly and breakfast was tasty, making our trip even better.
It felt a bit like a throwback to another era, which was a tad off-putting.

Ideal for adventurous groups
The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Dean, he went out of his way to make our stay nice. The beds were super comfortable, I slept like a baby despite the whole place being quite busy.
